Dara Kim – President
Dara Kim leads GlobalTech4Kids.org with a strong commitment to expanding access to education and technology for underserved children. With a background in electronics, operations, and community outreach, he oversees the organization’s mission, partnerships, and long-term strategy in the U.S. and Cambodia.
Phyliss Pen Pabelonio – Secretary
Phyllis Pen Pabelonio supports the organization by maintaining accurate records, meeting documentation, and compliance-related communications. She plays a key role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective governance.
Thavan Lay – Treasurer
Thavan Lay manages the financial oversight of GlobalTech4Kids.org, including budgeting, financial reporting, and fund accountability. He ensures that donations and resources are managed responsibly and aligned with the organization’s charitable purpose.
Sophia Kim – Creative Director & Graphic Designer
Dara Oum leads visual branding and creative design for GlobalTech4Kids.org, developing graphics, marketing materials, and visual content that communicate the organization’s mission clearly and professionally.
Phalla Kim – Digital Operations Manager (SEO & Web)
Khem Oum manages the organization’s digital presence, including website development, SEO optimization, and technical operations. He ensures the website supports donations, outreach, and long-term growth.
